These Terms of Service govern the use of Ranisha Media's media, marketing, consulting, branding, and business growth services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Ranisha Media and its clients. By requesting services, scheduling consultations, signing agreements, or making payments, you agree to these Terms.
Ranisha Media provides professional media, marketing, and business consulting services including, but not limited to:
Clients agree to provide accurate information, cooperate in project execution, review deliverables promptly, and supply any necessary business materials required to complete services.
Ranisha Media provides professional recommendations based on available information and industry experience. Business results may vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Services are limited to the scope agreed upon between Ranisha Media and the client. Additional services or revisions beyond the original scope may require separate approval and additional fees.
Pricing may be based on project fees, monthly retainers, hourly consulting rates, or customized service agreements. Pricing will be communicated before work begins whenever possible.
Invoices may be delivered electronically. Payment may be made through approved payment methods including major credit cards and ACH bank transfers through authorized payment processors.
Clients agree to pay invoices according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to approved deliverables upon full payment. Ranisha Media retains ownership of proprietary methods, processes, templates, strategies, and internal business systems.
Ranisha Media will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of client information and business data shared during consulting engagements.
Marketing, media, and sales performance depends on many factors outside our control. Ranisha Media does not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volumes, customer acquisition rates, rankings, conversions, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranisha Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable agreement. Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable.
Ranisha Media may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
